4)  Other people living in the home (ages).  Do you plan to expand your family in the near future?  Sometimes cats do not adjust to babies.
5)  Do you have a doggie door where pets can go in and out freely?
6)  Pets you have owned over the past ten years.  Where are they now?  Have you ever had to re-home a pet?  (for what reason?)
7)  Name of your current veterinarian.
8)  Do you have a Facebook or Instagram page?  Would you share the link to your page?   If so, please provide the link.
9)  Please provide three personal references from people who know you well  (name/relationship/phone number).
10)  Are you willing to sign a spay/neuter/no declawing agreement?  My kittens are not to be used for breeding.
11)  Do you smoke?  (fyi – pets can get asthma and/or lung cancer from second hand smoke, just like people.  They can also get intestinal and stomach cancer from the chemicals in the smoke – by licking their fur and ingesting the chemicals from the smoke.)
12)  Do you have a chronic illness?
12)  Did you know that certain plants, and certain air fresheners (diffusers etc) are highly toxic to pets?  Especially cats!
13)  Is anyone in your home even slightly allergic to cats?
14)  Have you ever been involved in an abusive relationship?  Did you know that domestic violence accounts for a large percent of animal abuse – so does drug and alcohol abuse.
