(14) Is anyone in your home allergic (even slightly) to cats? Have you had this confirmed by a doctor?
(15) Have you ever been involved in an abusive relationship?
(16) DO YOU KNOW THAT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACCOUNTS FOR A LARGE PERCENT OF ANIMAL ABUSE – SO DOES DRUG AND ALCOHOL ABUSE.
